Announcing AI-Assisted K12 District Prospecting from EduSignal
EduSignal is announcing the launch of its new Prospecting Hub, an AI-driven lead prospecting tool built on top of EduSignal's database of over 600,000 datapoints across 13,000+ districts

EduSignal today is excited to launch the Prospecting Hub, a new feature set to help EdTech sales reps and leaders quickly identify the K-12 districts that are the best fits for their products the solutions. Built on top of EduSignal's extensive database of K-12 district enrollment, demographic, academic performance, and financial data covering all 13,000+ districts in the US across all 50 states plus Washington DC, the Prospecting Hub lets sales reps filter and sort using over 634,000 datapoints.
In addition, the Prospecting Hub features deep AI integration, with every feature built on both the user's company solution profile and education data context — for example, it understands what Title I status means for purchasing, why low test scores often signal high sales potential, how per-pupil spending translates to budget capacity, and how all that maps directly to a user's specific company product and solution context.
New features within Prospecting include:
- Natural language search — describe your ideal district ("large urban districts with high ELL populations and below-average math scores") and get matching results across all 50 states instantly
- AI fit scoring — score up to 50 districts at once with Strong/Good/Moderate ratings tied to your specific product
- Opportunity narratives — expand any district for a prospecting briefing with conversation starters, buying triggers, and approach recommendations
- Reverse ICP builder — select districts you already sell to, and AI finds what they have in common and generates filters to find more like them
- District comparison — compare 2-5 prospects side-by-side, ranked by fit, with Quick Win and Highest Value callouts
The Hub is available immediately to all users of EduSignal. Enterprise users additionally gain the ability to export filtered datasets for use in their own CRM or research projects.
